Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for supervising and managing the company's 6S and quality management system, and ensuring the normal operation of the quality management system.

2. Responsible for the handling and reporting of on-site non-conformities, organizing relevant personnel to analyze the causes of non-conformities, formulate and track improvement measures, and initiate CAPA when necessary based on risks.

3. Responsible for the management of the non-conforming product warehouse, check the details of the non-conforming products in and out of the warehouse according to the document requirements, and ensure the consistency of the accounts, cards and objects.  

4. Go deep into the production site, understand the production inspection process and characteristics of the product, and assist in organizing related verification work, such as process verification, equipment verification, etc.

5. Responsible for the collection and summary of quality data, and make corresponding analysis and improvement of the data.

6. Be familiar with the content of ISO9001/ISO13485 system and assist the department in carrying out relevant work on system compliance.
