Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for eukaryotic and prokaryotic expression, system expression purpose, protein and purification process optimization;  

2. Independently design project process plans, independently complete protein process development projects, design process plans according to orders or projects, strictly follow process standards, operating specifications, etc. to implement daily work, and keep relevant inspection records;    

3. Actively participate in technical guidance and training organized by the company;  

4. Responsible for the work arrangement and guidance of new employees and related R&D assistants.  

Job requirements:

1. Master's degree, both male and female, biology-related majors, those with experience can relax the academic requirements;    

2. Master and understand the theoretical knowledge of protein purification principles, and have experience in protein purification and R&D. Master the use of protein prokaryotic expression, concentration ultrafiltration, protein electrophoresis, western, and various chromatography media;  

3. Able to independently design project process plans, and those with experience in protein process development projects are preferred;  

4. Proficient in using AKTA purifiers, ultracentrifuges and other instruments;

5. Good at thinking, communication, and excellent teamwork spirit;  

6. Work in an organized manner, be highly motivated, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to bear work pressure.
