Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the modification and modification of the surface of biological microspheres, and the updating, optimization and upgrading of R&D processes;  

2. Responsible for the collation and collection of product-related information and the preparation of product-related process documents, timely make project summaries upon project completion, timely feedback on issues related to process services, and provide certain solutions as much as possible.  

3. Responsible for technical process training and training of production personnel;

4. Proficient in using various instruments, including mechanical stirring, circulating water bath, etc.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, master degree preferred, experience in product process optimization and upgrading preferred;  

2. Good communication, coordination, problem-finding and problem-solving skills.
