Job Responsibilities:

1. Mainly responsible for the development of IVD microspheres, mainly responsible for the preparation and surface modification of carboxyl magnetic beads.

2. Responsible for project planning and execution, able to solve various problems arising in the process of R&D and product conversion and track production process optimization.

3. Familiar with the characterization and testing methods and main application areas of IVD microspheres, especially carboxyl magnetic beads.

4. Responsible for the preparation of various documents for R&D to production.

5. Responsible for the market research related to bio-purification polymer microspheres and the formulation of microsphere preparation plans.

Job requirements:

1. Master degree or above, male or female, major in polymer materials, materials science, materials chemistry;

2. Candidates with mature product development experience are preferred;

3. Candidates with a good foundation in English are preferred
